Jolana Shively is a seasoned executive with 25+ years of experience leading and optimizing operations across various industries. She has a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcasting, is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the COO of McKenzie Investments, LLC. Jolana is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently to achieve strategic objectives, working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement long-term business strategies.
Sade' Anderson
Vice President of Sales
Sade' Anderson, an accomplished and results-driven sales professional, currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at McKenzie Investments, LLC, a leading name in the consulting industry. She is an Associate Broker hailing from Troy University with a BS focused on Accounting and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performance sales teams. Sade' brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization.

Shadii Samaad is a seasoned communications professional with 30 years of experience leading and managing media relations and social media strategies. He has a proven ability to develop and execute successful communication plans, build strong relationships with media outlets, and cultivate a positive brand image through engaging social media content and live events. As the Director of Media and Social Relations for McKenzie Investments, LLC, he is a 2023 NAACP Award Nominee/ 2023 WBD BRG Leader of the Year and is skilled in crisis communication, media training, public relations and content creation.

Lisa is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of driving market expansion and revenue growth through strategic acquisitions and integrations. McKenzie Bailey is an entrepreneur who has been in the Real Estate industry since the 1990’s. She was formerly a Top Producing Agent, which paved the way for her to serve in several leadership roles within different highly esteemed Real Estate Firms and Property Management Companies. After being raised in Europe and graduating from HBCU-Albany State University at the age of 19, she became hyper-focused in Urban Economics, Fair and Affordable Housing and the application of economic techniques to real estate markets; explaining and predicting patterns of prices, supply and demand, development, acquisitions and finance while developing the growth of Top Producing Agents through business coaching and a healthy work/life balance.
